When you use NegosYOU, we may collect the following:

Business Information – sales records, inventory, expenses, transaction history
Device Information – mobile device type, operating system, app usage

How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

Help you manage your tindahan more effectively (track kita, gastos, inventory)
Improve our app and provide better services
Send important updates, reminders, or promos (with your consent)

Analytics and Advertising (Facebook / Meta)

When you sign in or create an account, you agree that NegosYOU, operated by NegosyouPH Inc., may share certain information with Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta" / "Facebook") for analytics and advertising. We use the Facebook SDK for this purpose.

‍What we share with Meta:

App activity events — actions you take in the app, such as viewing a product, searching, adding items, registering, completing setup, and recording a sale or purchase (including related details like item identifiers, category, amount, and currency).
Your NegosYOU account identifier, so these events can be linked to your account.
Advertising and device identifiers (e.g. your device's advertising ID) and standard app and session information automatically collected by the Facebook SDK.

Why we share it: Meta uses this information to measure the performance of our ads, optimize ad delivery, and build advertising audiences. Meta processes it in accordance with its own Data Policy.

‍Legal basis: We rely on the consent you give when you accept these Terms and this Privacy Policy at sign-in or registration. Collection stays off until you have agreed.

‍How to opt out or withdraw consent: You can limit or reset this at the device level — on iOS via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Apple Advertising; on Android via Settings → Privacy → Ads. To ask us to stop this processing for your account or to delete your data, email us at negosyou.support@gmail.com, or delete your account from within the app.

Sharing of Information

We will never sell your data. We may only share information:

With your permission
With service providers who help us run the app (e.g., cloud hosting)
If required by law or government authorities

Data Protection

We apply reasonable safeguards (encryption, firewalls, secure servers) to protect your information. We comply with the provisions on security of personal information under Section 20 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Pero tandaan, no system is 100% secure.

As a user, you have the right to:

NegosYOU is intended for sari-sari store owners and is not designed for children under 13.
