By creating an account or using NegosYOU, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws of the Philippines.
- NegosYOU is designed to help sari-sari store owners manage their business (sales, inventory, expenses, reports). You understand that use of the app does not guarantee increase in sales and/or profit, but a tool for efficient management of your store.
- You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the data you enter.
- You agree not to use the app for illegal activities (e.g., fraud, money laundering).
- You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Notify us immediately at negosyou.support@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Some features of NegosYOU may be free, while others may require a paid subscription.
- All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Google, Apple, or authorized payment gateways).
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- All content, trademarks, and technology in the NegosYOU app are owned by NegosYOU Inc.
- You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written consent.
- NegosYOU uses third-party analytics and advertising services, including Facebook/Meta, which involve sharing certain app activity and identifiers as described in our Privacy Policy. Your agreement to these Terms includes your consent to that processing.
- Your use of NegosYOU is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
- By using the app, you consent to how we collect, use, and protect your data.
- NegosYOU provides tools for sari-sari store management but does not guarantee specific financial results.
- We are not liable for losses resulting from incorrect data entry, misuse of the app, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., downtime, hacking). Likewise, we are not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or if continue use of your account violates any law.
- You may stop using NegosYOU anytime by deleting the app and/or requesting account deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the app and on our website. Continued use of NegosYOU means you accept the revised Terms.
